3R Fund: NEA's Grant for Waste Reduction and Recycling Projects

The 3R Fund is administered by NEA and co-funds projects that reduce waste and increase recycling, including installing recycling equipment or food waste digesters, and implementing waste reduction processes.
Funding
Up to 80% of qualifying costs, capped at $1 million per project or per applicant. Packaging Partnership Programme members are eligible for up to double the funding compared to non-members.
Eligibility
Any organisation in Singapore, including companies, non-profits, town councils, schools, institutions, building owners, and industry associations.
How to apply
No fixed deadline, applications may be submitted at any time. Prepare a short project write-up and submit a Pre-Assessment Form to the 3R Fund Secretariat.
