MPR (Mandatory Packaging Reporting)

A requirement, in effect since July 2020 under the Resource Sustainability Act, for companies with annual turnover above S$10 million to submit annual packaging data and a 3R plan to NEA. Applies to brand owners, manufacturers, importers, and large retailers. The annual submission deadline is 31 March.
