SG Partnerships Fund (SGPF): Seed, Sprout, and Scale Explained
Share
The SG Partnerships Fund is a $50 million fund, part of Budget 2026, administered by the Singapore Government Partnerships Office (SGPO) under MCCY, to support ground-up community initiatives.
The three tiers
- Seed: Up to 100% of supportable costs, capped at $5,000. Projects up to 1 year. Decision within 4 weeks. Applications open year-round.
- Sprout: For scaling a project's reach across multiple communities. Requires 20% co-funding. Decision within 8 weeks.
- Scale: For established Singapore-registered organisations seeking sector-wide impact. Applications opened July 2026.
Eligibility
- Individuals: Singapore Citizen or PR, residing in Singapore.
- Ground-up groups: nominate one representative to apply.
- Organisations: must be officially registered and operating in Singapore.
What it doesn't fund
This is important: the SGPF does not fund commercial or for-profit projects. If your initiative is a registered business seeking to make a profit, look at EDG or Startup SG Tech instead.
How to apply
Apply via the OurSG Grants Portal using SingPass (individuals) or CorpPass (organisations), with a project budget template and supporting documents.
